Policy

SUPPLY CHAIN TRACEABILITY REQUIREMENTS CHECKLIST CW ENERGY USA, INC ("CW Energy")

All companies within the CW Energy supply chain are required to comply with the traceability requirements set forth herein and must submit all required documentation to CW Energy in a complete, accurate, and timely manner. In the event of any changes to disclosed supplier information, the relevant CW Energy procurement representative must be informed immediately.

1. SUPPLIER INFORMATION

  • Company name, address, and contact details (phone number & e-mail)
  • List of all sub-suppliers, addresses, contact information and their roles in production (including supplier of metallurgical-grade silicon)
  • Providing a flow chart mapping each step in the procurement and production of the goods and materials showing the addresses, locations, and maps of each production facility
  • Names of directors and key officers
  • UFLPA entity list screening (via CBP website)
  • Warehouse locations and transporters

2. ORIGIN AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Certificates of origin for all products and components (including origin of Quartz used inMSG – metallurgical grade silicon production)
  • Names and addresses of the mines (including GPS locations)
  • Mining licenses and capacities

3. PRODUCTION RECORDS

  • Facility name, address, capacity, and number of employees
  • Flow chart of production process from input to shipment
  • Production records with date and lot number linkage
  • Daily production logs from a tracing system such as Manufacturing Execution System (MES),SAP, etc.
  • Supporting documentation ie. Batch numbers, pallet numbers, Ingot and Wafer ID number, and product numbers for each step in the manufacturing process

4. PROCUREMENT PROCESS

  • Traceable inventory records for all components, including dock/warehouse receipts
  • Purchase orders for all raw and intermediate materials
  • Commercial invoices and proving payment documents at each step in the process (bank receipts, SWIFT copies etc.)
  • Import/export records for each component
  • Packing List
  • Transport and arrival documents, including bill of lading
  • Delivery records for each transaction within supply chain
  • Documents submitted during customs clearance (invoice, transport note, etc.)
  • Bank Financial records for the MGS stage, MGS Powder Stage, and Polysilicon stage for those entities. Financial records must indicate how bank records are linked to contracts, invoices, bills of lading, i.e documents that substantiate the purchase of good and movement of good.

5. DECLARATIONS AND COMMITMENTS

  • Affidavits for all suppliers throughout the supply chain declaring no use of forced labor (signed/stamped)
  • Documentation must cover the entire chain (raw material → module → shipment)
  • All documents must be in English (originals may be submitted with translations)

All companies within the CW Energy supply chain agree to permit audits of the traceability documentation they provide to CW Energy, its customers, consultants, and authorized third-party auditors.

CW Energy, its customers, and third-party auditors reserve the right to request additional information and documentation from the supplier as necessary. In such cases, the supplier is obligated to promptly provide the requested materials to CW Energy without delay.
